When you search cartridges on Trulieve's website, there a lot of options. Regardless, no matter what concentrate you choose, you can be sure there are no cutting agents like MCT oil (coconut oil). I decided to go with the Jack Herer CO2 Vape Sativa cartridge. The stain is named after a marijuana activist and author of The Emperor Wears No Clothes. When the budtender described this strain, he told me it was the one to grab if nothing else is working. So, of course I purchased 1/8th. This strain is named 9 Pound Hammer for a reason. Almost immediately, you are hit with the effects of heavy-duty sedation. I was energized and ready to write, but after a few inhalations of 9 lb Hammer, I was on the couch and ready to close my eyes. I visited Trulieve late on a Friday afternoon. I was lucky to find this strain available, as it is one of their most popular and the first to sell out. Sour Diesel seems to have a cult following, and I can definitely see why. It is a sativa-dominant strain that is named for its pungent, diesel-like aroma. (Read more by clicking the photo above.)
The first thing I noticed about Trulieve was the amount of cars in the parking lot. Seriously, there were at least 12-15 cars and not one empty space. Whenever I've gone to other dispensaries, parking is never an issue and there are maybe 2-3 patients inside.
